CURRENCY

All prices quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

ORDER TRANSIT PROTECTION

Order Transit Protection (if purchased) covers packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. Coverage takes effect immediately after checkout and continues until goods are delivered to the address provided at the time of order. Orders marked as Authority To Leave are covered during transit but not after the package has been marked as delivered by the transit provider.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

We do our best to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, errors may occur. As specials, policies, prices, and information continually change, Club Spritz reserves the right to update content at any time.

Club Spritz is not responsible for content on external sites linked from our platform.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

PRICING ERRORS

If a product appears on the website at an incorrect price, Club Spritz reserves the right to cancel or decline orders at the incorrect price, even if payment has been processed. Refunds will be issued immediately.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are available while stocks last. If a product is sold out after an order is placed, the buyer will be contacted with the option of a replacement or a full refund.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, typically within 5 business days. Remote locations may experience longer delivery times. Any address changes or redirect requests after dispatch are the customer’s responsibility.

DRY AREA RESTRICTIONS

Club Spritz will not deliver to any area deemed a dry zone under Australian law.

RISK

Risk of damage, deterioration, or loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within seven days of placement. If already delivered, products must be returned in ‘as new’ condition before a refund is issued.

RETURNS

If a return is necessary, Club Spritz will arrange collection. The buyer must store the product safely until pickup. Items should be returned in original packaging to prevent damage.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 30 days once returned goods are confirmed to be in saleable condition.

FORCE MAJEURE

Club Spritz is not responsible for supply delays due to unforeseen circumstances. If delivery is significantly impacted, either party may cancel the order without liability.

MINIMUM AGE OF DELIVERY

Club Spritz operates under an SA Producers Licence. Customers must be over 18 and provide a domestic Australian shipping address. Proof of age may be required at checkout and upon delivery.

SPECIAL OFFERS

Club Spritz reserves the right to terminate special offers at any time without prior notice.

VIRUSES

While we take precautions, internet security is your responsibility. We recommend using virus protection software.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

Due to liquor licensing laws, we do not currently ship internationally. Orders can only be shipped within Australia.

PROMOTIONS

Promotions may end at any time. Coupons must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively. Store credit may be issued at Club Spritz’s discretion.
